Henrique Dalbert has joined Cagliari from Inter on loan with an option to buy at the end of the season for about €7 million.

According to the deal, Cagliari will pay his entire salary during the loan at the Sardegna Arena. The club also have the option to buy him at the end of the season for about €7 million.
Dalbert, who will turn 28 in September, just returned from a loan spell at Rennes. He joined Inter from OGC Nice in 2017 for €21 million but since then was struggling to deliver.
He also spent his time at Fiorentina and State Rennais on loan and now hopes to make his mark in Serie A with Cagliari.
Dalbert is part of a wider discussion between Inter and Cagliari as Inter hope to get Nahitan Nandez and Cagliari hope to bring Radja Nainggolan on a permanent basis after last season’s loan.
