has talked about the Euro 2020 final between

, insisting that he hopes that Italy wins the match, although he only wants the Italians to be happy in the evening as he faces Italian Matteo Berrettini at Wimbledon on the same day just 15 miles away from Wembley.

These two important sports events take place on the same day in London, and there is an Italian part in each game. “Football and tennis, Mamma Mia Italia, it’s fantastic!”

Djokovic told Sky Sport Italia

“Berrettini doesn’t have much to lose against me, perhaps Italy have more to lose with England.

“I hope it’s a wonderful couple of matches and that Italy only win in the evening!”

The high-profile Tennis player is fluent in speaking Italian, and he is a football fan and a Milan fan, so it isn’t surprising that he is cheering for Italy in the Euro 2020 final.
