, one of
’ ex-representatives spoke out about him and Rene Ramos.
Pedro Bravo was the one who arranged for Ramos to leave Sevilla and joinReal Madrid
in 2005 for a transfer fee of €27m when the transfer window was closing. Bravo, who is now the president of an agents-dedicated Spanish association, revealed what he knew and slammed the Ramos Brothers’ conduct.
He who brought Sergio Ramos to Real Madrid 16 years ago would never have allowed him to leave as he has, because there would have never been so much tension in the negotiations nor blackmails, leaks or accidental expiration,”
he wrote on Twitter.
“There would have been dialogue and professionalism. Real Madrid aren’t to be ignored
The most important part of the negotiations was related to the format and the contract. The 35-year-old was looking for a multi-year option, whereas Madrid wanted to offer him a one-year contract.
Ramos finally accepted the deal, but Madrid announced that the deal is no longer on the table as it had an expiration date, and the two brothers either ignored it or not noticed it.
