Slovakia defeat Poland in their opening Group E battle

Slovakia defeated 10-man Poland 2-1 in their opening Group E clash in Saint Petersburg and it has been their second ever victory in the European Championships, courtesy of Milan Skriniar’s third international goal.

In the 69th minute of the clash, Milan Skriniar found the back of the net from the edge of the penalty area after receiving the ball from the corner.

Robert Lewandowski, who was attracting a lot of expectations for the battle against Slovakia, did not show any quality of service for Poland national team on Monday.

On the other side of Group E, Spain are going to host Sweden tonight.
