Tue 08 June 2021 | 4:56

Inter are expected to sell Achraf Hakimi to Paris Saint-Germain this month, but the clubs have yet to reach an agreement.

According to reports, both clubs are at an impasse in negotiations, with either reluctant to budge from their original position.

Inter

have again warned

Paris Saint-Germain

that

Hakimi

will not be sold for an offer below €80 million, but that is too much for the Ligue 1 runners-up.

PSG remain firm on their €60 million bid, but that won’t be enough to sign the Morocco international.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the Nerazzurri are willing to keep hold of the 22-year-old if they cannot double the money spent to sign him under a year ago.

The 22-year-old cost €45m from

Real Madrid

in September 2020 and was a key figure in the Scudetto run, scoring seven goals with 11 assists in 45 competitive games.

Paris Saint-Germain is not the only club interested in the Morocco international, European champions

Chelsea

and Bundesliga giants

Bayern Munich

have also shown interest in Hakimi.

Chelsea have made a phone call recently to ask about the 22-year-old, but the Premier League side have not made an official bid yet.

Bayern Munich remain alert to the situation too, However, they are not pursuing the deal actively.

It remains to be seen whether

PSG sporting director Leonardo

will up his offer for Hakimi, otherwise there is no guarantee a deal will be reached soon.
