Inter’s owners to cash in €70m selling Hakimi and Joao Mario

Financially damaged by the Covid pandemic, Inter chairman, Steven Zhang, has reportedly decided to make €70m on the transfer market and cut total costs by 15 percent to handle the club’s financial struggles.

According to

is planning to make a profit of €

70m

on the transfer market by potential sales of

Achraf Hakimi

and

Joao Mario

, and they will also cut the total labor cost by 15 percent, mainly through player wages, such as

Matias

Vecino

,

Arturo

Vidal

,

Radja Nainggolan

, and

Aleksander

Kolarov

.

While PSG leads the race for Inter’s wing-back, Hakimi, due to the good relationship between the clubs, Chelsea are also interested in securing the full-back’s services.

PSG

have reportedly submitted a formal bid of

€60m

for

Hakimi

while Inter’s board is asking for a

€70m

deal.

In addition to

Hakimi

, the

Nerazzurri

will benefit from an €8m transfer deal, where 

Joao

Mario

will join

Sporting

permanently.

Meanwhile,
