After the announcement before the UEFA 2020 warm-up 0-0 draw tonight at the Estadio Wanda Metropolitano, they lit up nations’ traditional colors in the stadium.

As per reports from

, Rubiales and Fernando Soares Gomes da Silva, his counterpart, are going to put pen to paper for an agreement to solidify their plans.

All those parties who are interested in making bids are given until the end of 2021 to submit their offers by FIFA and the extension is given because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Should their bid be successful, Spain, who won the World Cup in 2010, will host the competition again with their last time being 1982.
