Conte has now become the second coach inSerie A
who won the title with both Inter and Juventus, with the first one being Giovanni Trapattoni.
The 51-year-old boss won his fourth Serie A title, helping inter earn 90 points.
Lukaku met the back of the net 30 times this season, with 24 of them being scored in Serie A.
