Tue 25 May 2021 | 13:55

UEFA have confirmed the number of fans set to attend Saturday's Champions League final in the Estadio do Dragao in Porto.

After several meetings with local Porto officials, UEFA has confirmed that 16,500 people will be allowed to watch Saturday's Champions League final closely.

Portuguese officials said only 33% of the stadium's capacity will be filled and the share of each of the two finalists for their fans will be only 6,000 tickets.

Fans with tickets hoping to access the stadium on Saturday will have to complete specific covid protocol standards, with all spectators needing to provide documentation of a vaccine or a negative Covid-19 test result.
