The Spurs star is now equal with Alan Shearer as he only sees Thierry Henry ahead of him.
Having scored 23 goals in his 35 matches for
Tottenhamthis season,
Harry Kane
won the Premier League Golden Boot for the third time. The England international finished one goal above
Liverpool’s
Mohamed Salah
as he scored in his side’s 4-2 win over
Leicester City. Kane scored the equalizer for
Ryan Mason
’s team with a spectacular volley that found the net after going through the legs of
Kasper Schmeichel. With this goal, Harry Kane became only the third player in Premier League history to finish with the most goals and the most assists in a single season. This is Kane’s fourth-best season in terms of goal scoring. The England captain has won two Golden Boot awards previously. His first award was won in 2016-17 when he scored 29 times in 30 matches and the second one came the following year when he found the target 30 times in 37 games. Kane’s three Golden Boots equals him with

, who won the award three times from 1994-95 to 1996-97. Kane now only sees Arsenal legend
Thierry Henry
ahead of him, who won the award four times between 2001 and 2006.
