Frank Lampard inducted into the Premier League Hall of Fame

Blues top goalscorer Frank Lampard’s name made it into the Premier League Hall of Fame.

met the target 177 times in 609 games he played in the

Premier League

for

West Ham

Chelsea

and

Manchester City

.

He contributed to three league titles during 13 years of career at Chelsea and found the target 211 times across all competitions.

After the Blues’ 2004-05 victory, Lampard was introduced as the Premier League Player of the Season.

The former England international was a West Ham academy graduate. He also featured for Manchester City for a short period of time before he hung up his boots.

He is one of the six players who were voted by fans from a list of 23 men. Alan Shearer, Thierry Henry, Eric Cantona, and Roy Keane were also inductees.

The honor praises the players who have set extraordinary records on the field, making contributions in the division since it was created. The players who called it quits by August 1, 2020 were eligible.
