Serie A 2020-21 prize money revealed

Inter will receive €23.4m for winning the Scudetto and there is a €3m-difference between the second and the third-placed clubs.

TV rights play an important role for clubs to generate revenue at the end of each season. According to reports carried by Calcioefinanza, the TV pool for the 2020-2021 Serie A season is around €1.1 billion.

20 teams all receive an equal share which will be fixed and distributed among them. Teams will also receive some overseas rights and depending on teams' previous tournament teams will receive historic result prize money.

The top five finishers are the ones who will benefit most from the prizes, but the others will also be able to get a good deal of revenue.

Inter

have won their first Serie A title in 11 years and will get €23.4m, but

Milan

Atalanta

, and

Napoli

can all finish behind the Nerazzurri.
