Harry Maguire

suffered an ankle injury in a Primer League clash against Aston Villa earlier this month.

The England international is set to miss the remaining PL matches against Fulham and Wolves, however, Man Utd manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is hopeful that the Red Devils’ captain will regain his fitness before the Europa League final against

on May 26.

Solskjaer insists Maguire is a key player in his squad and he will be given as much time as he needs to be prepared for the grand finale.

"Hopefully we can have good news early. I'll give it as long as it takes with Harry. He has shown his importance,"

Solskjaer said.

"We've known it all along, but maybe some people open their eyes more when he's not playing. I certainly felt I became a very good player when I was injured, people suddenly realized what I could do as a sub.

"Harry has been our leader. He's a captain. He's been more or less ever-present, so he's a big miss at the moment but hopefully he'll be ready for the final.

"I'll give him as long as he needs until he says yes or no."
