So with the increase of Porto’s chance to host the Champions League final between
, the fans will find it easier to attend the match despite the coronavirus pandemic.
Porto was the host of the competition’s final last season too, where Bayern Munich defeated Paris Saint-Germain and became the UCL winner.
The final decision will be made on Wednesday, and if the UK representatives fail to convince UEFA, the match will probably be played in Porto, Portugal.
The UK government has tried so much to convince UEFA because both teams are from the Premier League, but because of the quarantine rules that the government has placed, it will be hard for UEFA to let Wembley host the most important match of the biggest continental competition between clubs.
