The winger joined

again on a loan spell from Madrid last summer, having left the club in 2013.

However, he has not had a consistent season at Spurs and has displayed glimpses of his rich vein of form, and they may plan to offer him an extension.

Barnett said that Bale’s next move has yet to be decided, but revealed that he will have talks with Spurs and Madrid.

He's still one of the best players in the world, but he's only got four games left so we will have to see,"

the super-agent told

"It's a three-party discussion; it's us, Real Madrid and Tottenham. We have our views and we will let them know at the right time."

When asked if the Welshman could go back to Bernabeu for next season, Barnett added:

"I very much doubt that, but if they want to put him on the bench then that's fine.

"They want to put me on the bench with that salary? That's fine for me as well."

Bale did not play many games under the reign of Jose Mourinho, with only 28 appearances in total and six Premier League starts.

However, he met the back of the net 10 times before the Portuguese manager was dismissed last month.

Tottenham interim manager Ryan Mason put Bale back into the starting lineup and the Wales international found the target four times in three matches, with a hat-trick scored in the thumping victory over Sheffield United.

Notwithstanding his homecoming not being as smooth as expected, the loanee has proven his potentials when his is fully fit.

Zinedine Zidane seems to be considering cashing in on him before he hits free agency.
