Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic has said he was very frustrated not to be included in Chelsea’s starting XI in their Champions League semifinal second-leg win over Real Madrid on Wednesday night.

The USMNT star had netted a crucial away goal in Spain in the first leg last week but at Stamford Bridge he was only named on the bench, with
picked ahead of him.
However, Pulisic came off the bench in the 67th minute and provided an assist as Mason Mount doubled Chelsea’s lead, but the United States international felt he deserved more than just a substitute's role.

"Umm, yeah, there's not much else to say. I wanted to play from the beginning, as I always do.
"I've had to continue to prove myself over and over again. But, as always I reach out to God and he gives me strength.
"With that behind me, nothing can stop me really."
