A group of Rossoneri ultras have reportedly met the goalkeeper on Saturday, urging him to sign a contract extension.

Gianluigi Donnarumma

has been linked with a move away from the San Siro in recent weeks. The goalkeeper’s contract will expire in the summer and he is yet to sign a contract extension with the

Diavoli

. According to

La Gazzetta dello Sport

, a group of Milan ultras met the 22-year-old on Saturday and urged him to renew his contract if he wants to play in his team’s upcoming Serie A match against Juventus.

“I want to stay here, I will decide my own future and there is nothing with Juventus,”

Donnarumma told the ultras, according to the Italian newspaper.

Juventus

are interested in signing Donnarumma as a free agent in the summer transfer window as they are keen to part ways with

Wojciech Szczesny

. The ultras also blamed the goalkeeper for his smile after his side’s 3-0 defeat against

Lazio

last week. They also told Donnarumma that he could become 'Milan’s Totti' if he decides to stay at the Italian club.

Paolo Maldini

has reacted to the meeting, insisting that contract negotiations have been stopped until the end of the season.
