There are and were no discussions and no offer – Nagelsmann
RB Leipzig boss rules out rumors regarding negotiations with Bayern.
Yesterday,
Bayern Munichboss
Hansi Flick
announced his intention to leave the club at the end of the season. Flick’s comments on his departure sparked many rumors and speculations regarding his successor at the club.
In recent weeks,
RB Leipzigmanager
Julian Nagelsmann
has been rumored to be the most probable option to replace Flick at Allianz Arena, however, Nagelsmann himself has disregarded such rumors since there has been no offer.
The German said:
"There are and were no discussions and no offer. That's why I don't know what Bayern's wish is. I have said I don’t want to start a war with my employers - that's still the case."
It should be mentioned that Nagelsmann has a contract with Leipzig until 2023, and a termination clause is not included in the contract.
