Pedri to be offered a new Barcelona contract
After completing his move from Las Palmas in 2020, the 18-year-old has established himself as a key player in Ronald Koeman’s plans this season.
Making 30 La Liga appearances this season, the Spain international has attracted interest from several elite clubs, most notably Liverpool.
According to
Diario Sport, the Blaugrana are eager to activate the clause they had included in Pedri’s contract to extend his stay at the club by a further two years in the coming month.
In addition to that, Barcelona also want to insert a new €400m release clause into any new contract.
