The six-time Ballon d’Or winner’s contract is due to expire in the summer and he may depart Camp Nou, with
Manchester Cityand PSG keen on signing with him.
During an interview with
BeIn Sports
, Di Maria said:
“From my whole career, from everything I've seen, I think Leo is from another planet. (...) To have him as a team-mate would be wonderful.
“But he is a Barcelona player, he has a contract. After that, we'll see. I talk a lot with him and I always tell him that the important thing is his happiness and that of his family. It's hard to say anything else.”

Paris have decided to follow a quieter approach after Messi was not pleased about their players flirting with him openly. Di Maria is one of those players and when he qualified his statement, it came as a surprise.
