is happy at

national team and feels trusted there, according to

Batshuayi was able to score the opener in Belgium’s 8-0 World Cup win against Belarus on Tuesday.

The 27-year-old has also admitted that not only he does not feel the same at

Crystal Palace

but he also feels frustrated there.

"I get a breath of renewed energy when I come into the national team because it's very hard for me at my club,"

Batshuayi said after the match against Belarus.

"The club and the national team are different. The coach, the team members, and the system are different from that at Palace.

"With the Red Devils, I feel a lot of trust from the coach; trust that I do not get there [at Palace].

"With [Belgium head coach Roberto] Martinez, we talk to each other a lot, even when I'm back at my club. I give 200 percent not to disappoint him."

Batshuayi has been prolific for Belgium since he joined the team in 2015 as he has been able to score 22 goals through 33 international appearances, however, it has been a mixed bag for the striker at the club level since he joined

from Marseille in 2016.

Although he has not been a regular at Stamford Bridge, he has been a valuable contributor off the bench at Chelsea.

He has also spent some time on loan at Borussia Dortmund and Valencia and the last one was when he was sent to Palace ahead of the current season.

During his time at Palace, he has been able to make 18 appearances for the club through which he has scored just once.

His deal at Chelsea is going to expire at the end of the season and his future at the club is in doubt.
