It is reported that Everton’s plan to develop a new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock in the north of Liverpool has been reviewed over the last month and is approved by the government. Liverpool City Council's planning committee had unanimously approved the plans on February 23.
Everton will have a new 52,888-capacity waterfront arena. There will be a 150-week build plan in place which apparently will be in use for the Toffees as the start of the 2024/25 season.
