Edinson Cavani joined the Red Devils on a one-year deal at the start of the season with the option of a further year but there are doubts about his future at Old Trafford.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer
has confirmed that the club are in talks to keep
at the club.
The Uruguayan striker has been an effective option for the Red Devils since making the move fromParis Saint-Germain
and has scored seven goals and provided two assists across 25 appearances in all competitions.
He is believed to be on his way out of the club as he is linked with a move to South America but Solskjaer said that the club are in talks with the 34-year-old striker over his future at Old Trafford.

“We want a competitive squad and we need someone up there to score the goals for us.
