The French coach has made many changes to his squad for the next games.
Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Tanguy Ndombele has been called up to theFrance
squad for the World Cup qualifiers.
The 24-year-old midfielder was not called up to the French national team after the summer of 2019, and now he has the opportunity to play in matches against Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Another interesting player who has returned to the French national team is Atletico Madrid midfielder Thomas Lemar, who has not been in the team since November 2019. Also, Ousmane Dembele, who won the 2018 World Cup, has got the opportunity to play for France after 2 and a half years.
Didier Deschamps, the French coach, spoke about the players he has invited to the team and said:
“Thomas, for several weeks now, he has been more consistent. His performance level is a lot better, just like Tanguy. Tanguy’s performances are coming close to the ones he showed at Lyon.”
