Sweden have called up Zlatan Ibrahimovic after he pronounced his retirement from the international stage in 2016.
hasn’t featured for his country in five years and has now been called up for a return to Sweden national team.
The prolific striker is Sweden’s all-time goalscorer with a total tally of 62 goals in 116 games. He represented his country in the 2002 and 2006 FIFA World Cup.
The 39-year-old announced his return on Twitter:

The striker is ready to wear yellow and blue playing for Sweden in the 2022 World Cup qualifiers.
Sweden are going to take on Georgia on March 25, and will then lock horns with Kosovo on March 28, before having a friendly against Estonia on March 31.
