Orta talks about Raphinha’s exit rumors

Leeds United’s director says that they haven’t received any offers for their Brazilian winger.

Following the conversations and speculations about

Raphinha’s

possible departure from

Leeds United

, now the club’s director has talked about the matter, saying the fans should not worry since the club has not received any offers from other teams for the Brazilian winger.

“To be clear, we have not had any approach for Raphinha and we would not welcome one,”

Orta told

BBC Radio Leeds

.

“It is for clickbait to create business for the websites.”

Leeds United's chief executive

Angus Kinnear

has also talked about the reports around the club's star, saying that he doesn’t need to move away from the club to improve as he has everything he needs, including a professional coach and a good group of teammates.

"We have a fantastic coach, fantastic coaching setup, fantastic squad and we give all the players every reason to stay at Leeds United,”

Kinnear said.

“And we think we have got enough ambition to match their ambition.

“At the moment, from Raphinha he loves playing for Leeds United. And the only thing he does not love about Leeds United now is there are no fans.

"We have a lot more to see and a lot more to come from him.”
