Recent reports suggest that the Norwegian’s recent brace against Bayern Munich, has urged the La Liga side to pursue the young star more than ever.
According to
Diario AS,
Erling Haaland’s ongoing rise to stardom including his latest brace against
Bayern Munichhas doubled
Real Madrid’s interest in
Borussia Dortmund’s star.
The
La Ligaside are the favorites to sign the Norwegian, who could cost a total of €270m. Though Dortmund may not be willing to let go of the 20-year-old for a cheap price, their current financial difficulties could lead the
Bundesligaclub into selling their talisman for €150m and a six-year salary of €120m.
Haaland’ international teammate, Martin Odegaard, has already talked about the possibility of the move and Dortmund’s CEO, Hans-Joaquim Watzke, is known to have a good relationship with Florentino Perez.
On the other hand, Haaland’s agent, Mino Raiola, is also said to be keen on the idea of his client moving to Santiago Bernabeu.
