The absence of the fullback will be a severe blow to Brighton, who are struggling to survive in the Premier League.
Brighton defender Tariq Lamptey is injured again and will miss Saturday's game against
Leicester City.
The
Brightoncenter-back has been sidelined since December with a hamstring injury but was expected to play in the weekend. However, Seagulls boss Graham Potter has confirmed he will not be able to play in the next game due to injury.
He told reporters:
"Tariq won't be fit, he had a little setback this week and we need to get to the bottom of that.
"It's a problem with his hamstring. He's seeing a specialist and he's not available for the weekend."
While Brighton are struggling to survive in the Premier League, Lampetti's injury will be a severe blow to them. Brighton were 10 points adrift of last season after winning against Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool, but are now just three points adrift of the relegation zone after losing to Crystal Palace and West Brom.
