Barcelona receive another financial blow with a €35m budget reduction

A recent report revealed that the Blaugrana were one of the many La Liga clubs to have suffered from great money loss since the start of the January transfer season.

has been named one of the 16 out of 20

La Liga

clubs to have suffered from financial difficulties since the start of the January transfer market with the Blaugrana witnessing a €35m budget reduction.

, the reduction included 9.31 percent of their budget as their finances went from €382.7m to €347m.

The club with the highest budget reduction was revealed to be

Atletico Madrid

, who lost 14.01 percent of their money.

Still some other clubs including

Real Madrid

Celta Vigo

Huesca

, and

Granada

were among the a few lucky ones to see their budgets increased by 1.03, 4.15, 0.83, and 0.58 respectively.

Other clubs, who also witnessed a noticeable decrease in their budget, were

Athletic Bilbao

.

The total amount of losses has been reported to be €2,000m.
