Baving confirms the link between Koopmeiners and some Itlian clubs

Teun Koopmeinerswas the subject of many rumors implying that the 22-year-old have been linked with
Serie Aclubs.

, Koopmeiners agent, talked about such rumors and accepted that some Italian clubs have been linked with him.
He confirmed that the clubs have shown interest and said:
“A move to Italy is absolutely an option.
“Teun likes Italy very much, both in terms of the league and the country, he even knows a few words in Italian.
“The Italian clubs have never pushed themselves to take concrete steps, at least so far.
“Yes, there have been expressions of interest, but nothing more.”
Baving then admitted that the transfer market has been affected by the Covid-19. He said:
“There are several months to go until the market opens, today we cannot say what will happen.
“What I can say is that teams from all of the top leagues are after him.
“COVID-19 has affected the transfer market and we need to understand how much it will also affect the next one.”
Koopmeiners joined his current team through the academy and his agent explained that the midfielder is now concentrated on Alkmaar.
He managed to register 14 goals and six assists in the 32 appearances made in all competitions of this current club.
