“I know that there is always a lot of pressure being a Barca coach. If you don’t win, it’s the manager’s fault." the 57-year-old Dutchman said.

Ronald Koeman

expressed his optimism about the future events while he knows there are too many elements that can put pressure on him as the

Barcelona

coach.

When he was asked about the future of his career by the reporters, he answered, admitting his awareness of the pressure that might be on him as a coach:

“I know that there is always a lot of pressure being a Barca coach. If you don’t win, it’s the manager’s fault.

“I don’t know what could happen in the future, there is time to talk about that, but I’m optimistic.”

Koeman joined Barcelona in August 2020 on a 2-year contract and managed to get Barcelona to the 2020-21 Supercopa de España runner-ups.

Victor Font

, one of the Camp Nuo presidential candidates, has stated that he will try to bring back

Xavi

to the club as the club manager.

He has set the plans for the team most of which include Lionel Messi and has tried to keep the consistency of the team.

The 57-year-old then mentioned the importance of sharing the responsibility and said:

“Veteran players have tried to take control, but they can’t do it alone either.

“Messi has 17-18 goals, the same as everyone else put together. Responsibility must be shared.”
