Police have arrested two people linked to 16 debt collection cases in Aberdeen. The man was said to be former Hong Kong football starlet Tommy Chuck Yiu-Kwok.

Police arrested the two, aged 26 and 18 respectively, while they were splashing red paint on doors in Wah Fu Estate in Aberdeen.

This is not the first time that the player has been in trouble with the law. He was arrested over tax arrears in 2019.

Sport Road reported that the pair have been bailed until they return to the court.

The former

Rangers

player also appeared for Yuen Long and

Hong Kong R&F

when the Guangzhou-based club joined the city’s top-flight in 2016.

Chuck played in Switzerland with

Chiasso

in the Challenge League, the country’s second-tier, signing for the club in March 2018 on a two-year contract.

He returned to Hong Kong after 11 months, signing with Hong Kong Premier League side

Yuen Long

.
