Silvio Berlusconi

has talked about Milan’s striker, saying that he should end his career at Milan.

“I think Ibra should end his wonderful career at the highest level and I advise him to do it at Milan,”

Berlusconi told

And about other players that are playing at Monza he added:

“Protagonists are fundamental and players like Balotelli and Boateng are always the best to have around. I still give my opinion to the coach and might do it even more often.

“For example, I feel Monza need a different tactical system to the one they had recently, as Balotelli needs more service. We also need to be more protected in defence and catapult ourselves forward on the attack.

“I need to exchange a few words with Boateng, as we can’t miss penalties the way we did last week. I have total faith in Brocchi, as we started from Serie C and Monza are now second in Serie B, so it’s over 40 years since the club was at this level.”

Milan’s former president has also talked about Inter’s form in the recent weeks and before their fixture against Milan.

“Over the last two or three months I’ve been watching some of Inter’s games and found myself, as a Milanese citizen, cheering on the Nerazzurri. I like Inter and hope they get good results.

“Having said that, obviously in the derby I will be supporting only Milan.”
