Yokuslu may make a permanent move to West Brom

Tue 16 February 2021 | 9:29

Celta Vigo are speculated to have sealed a permanent move for the Turkish international to the Premier League club West Bromwich Albion in the summer transfer window.

Okay Yokuslu

joined

West Brom

on a six-month loan contract on the transfer deadline, after lacking game time at

Celta Vigo

in 2020. The contract does not have any transfer clauses, but with the 26-year-old’s impressive display for the Baggies, Celta are confident to secure a transfer for him.

Sam Allardyce

is going to make use of the Turkish midfielder as his side is trying to climb out of the relegation zone, while Yokuslu is making sure to secure himself a spot in Turkey’s squad as they are getting ready for the summer’s European Championships.

Celta are asking for a €6m transfer fee for the midfielder, but for West Brom to make the deal they have to save themselves a spot in the 2021-22 campaign.
