“When I was a footballer, that would have never been a penalty. It was a scandalous decision,”

“Chiellini jumped, spread his arm and hit Rrahmani without doing it on purpose. He couldn’t even see his opponent. Rrahmani would never get the ball, the penalty was invented by the referee and VAR.
