The frontman’s time seems to be coming to an end with the Red Devils.
According to some reports,
Sheffield Unitedare ready to sign the out of favour player of
Manchester United,
Jesse Lingard, on a loan. Yet despite leading the race for the Englishman, Lingard is not sure whether he should leave for a struggling squad, which has won only one of their 19 Premier League games for this season, or not.
Sheffield Star
reports that despite worrying for his position with Sheffield, Lingard’s advisors have reassured the frontman that his reputation would not be affected by his time with
Chris Wilder
’s men.
Wilder, who spoke of their need to sign a new player in the current transfer season, said:
“We’re squeezing everything out of these lads.”
“We believe we’re getting everything out of them that we absolutely can. But a lot of them look tired and leggy and, as you can see, we don’t have the numbers at the moment.”
