Crystal Palace terminated German international Max Meyer

Sat 16 January 2021 | 18:56

South London EPL team, Crystal Palace and ex-Schalke 04 attacker have, by mutual consent, ended the player's current deal and he is now a free agent.

The 25-year-old scored 24 goals for

the Germany

U15s, U17s, and U21s. He is currently available for any Bundesliga team.

Many Bundesliga teams will definitely remain interested in the former German international, who once netted 17 times for

FC Schalke

04 over five seasons.

Since moving out of the Bundesrepublik in 2018,

Meyer

has scored once in 47 matches for the Eagles of South London. He has not played once for his EPL team this year.

Recent reports connected

Meyer

with relegation candidates 1. FC Köln.

The fact that he doesn't play under a professional deal means that any team can also sign him after the February 1st transfer deadline.
