Solskjaer won't rule out further Man Utd exits

Timothy Fosu-Mensah has already left Manchester United, and there would be more movement before the January windows.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

admits he cannot rule out further separation from

Manchester United

January transfer window as

Marcos Rojo

,

Sergio Ramos

and

Jesse Lingard

are associated with moving elsewhere.

Dutch defender

Timothy Fosu-Mensah

has already separated from Red Devils, linking up with Bundesliga

Bayer Leverkusen

.

Rojo

and

Romero

are announced as free players, and they can find other clubs or hit the free agency in the summer, while Lingard creates a lot of speculation amid the lack of regular playing time.

Solskjaer does not close any exit doors at Old Trafford, but the Norwegian coach says that deals can only be made if United's demands are met.

He was asked if he expects to part with more members of his first-team squad, he responded:

"You can't really say no because, in football, things just crop up.

"There are opportunities that we can't really say no to and, if it's the best for the club and the player, then it's something we'll look at.

"At the moment, I can't update you on any of them; I don't really know where any negotiations are [up to]."

Fosu-Mensah is allowed to go to Germany because his contract has expired, and he worked hard to succeed at United.

Solskjaer added:

"We wish Tim all the best – six-and-a-half years I think he was here.

"He's an exciting talent and he's got the attributes, but he needs to play.

"When he gets regular game-time, I think we'll see him for Holland and we'll see how good a player he is."

While transfer issues behind Old Trafford are changing, field affairs still dominate the thoughts of everyone involved with United.
