Man Utd academy graduate, Phil Bardsley has praised the Red Devils’ Uruguayan star.
The Red Devils have had a good start to the season and with 33 points out of 16 matches, they are standing second in the Premier League table. Burnley, on the other hand, are not in a good situation. With only 4 wins out of 15 matches, they are 16th in the premier league table, fighting to get out of the relegation area.
Burnley defender, Phil Bardsley who graduated from Man Utd academy has talked about Red Devils’ new signings.
“I think Ole is doing an incredible job with the players, especially with the recruitment, which has been outstanding.” Bardsley said.
“Bruno has been a great signing, as well as Cavani. I think his stats are off the charts when he plays. His physical output for his age is outstanding and, as a whole, everybody’s nose is pointing in the right direction.”
The Scotland international is happy to see his former team back in the title race:
“Competing for the title again is good to see. I think the mentality is there and they’ve got the right players to challenge.
“If they keep the focus – I know Ole’s been there before and he’s got the experience and now he’s got the right people around him.”
