Morata will miss crucial Milan match

Morata will miss one of his team's most important matches due to injury.

Juventus

boss Andrea Pirlo has confirmed that striker Alvaro Morata will miss the match against

AC Milan

due to injury.

Morata was absent from Sunday's game against Udinese due to injury, and Pirlo said he was injured in training. His absence in this match did not cause any problems for Juve, and they were able to defeat the opponent with a result of 4-1 and kept their difference with the top of the table. The Bianconeri are 10 points behind leaders Milan, and Wednesday's game is a significant setback. Pirlo has now confirmed that Morata will not be available for Wednesday's game.

“He had a problem in his last training session; we will have to evaluate him in the coming days,” Pirlo told reporters. “He is unlikely to be available on Wednesday.”

Dybala performed well for Juventus against Udinese and scored.

“We need Dybala, he needs us,” Pirlo said. “He worked very well during the week in training; we could tell during the match that he was in better physical condition and we kept him on to the end because we hoped he would score that goal.”
