Solskjaer's lattest signing has arrived and he is expected to play for Manchester United soon.
is set to joinManchester United
. Former Atalanta player agreed on terms with the Red Devils during the summer transfer window with a deal worth £37 million. Only the paper works and visa is yet to be arranged since the UK left the European Union and the transfer regulations changed.
Since the transfer was arranged,
manager, Gian Piero Gasperini didn’t play him in any match but ever since he found out that there might a problem with the young winger, he showed his interest that he would keep Diallo with a short-term loan deal until the end of the season.
"Let's hope. I launched the idea,”
he replied when asked if Atalanta would be able to keep the academy graduate for the remainder of the 2020-21 campaign.
“If Manchester were forced to loan him out, maybe it would be better if he stayed with us again."
Diallo however will arrive in Manchester soon and Ole Gunnar Solksjaer is expected to introduce him directly to the line-up. United have already had to wait three months to get their hands on the player having agreed the deal in October, and there is no desire to wait any longer for a player that is viewed as "an exciting prospect".
