Emmanuel Agyemang Badu has terminated his contract with Verona and has the plan to retire, ‘I’d love to be a scout for Udinese in Africa.’
Although the Ghanaian is only 30 years old, he has played hard over the past year as he was hospitalized last summer with a pulmonary embolism.
“I am a free agent now. I had an agreement withHellas Verona
so the contract is no more valid and I can sign with any club
told the Joy Sports Link
“I have gone through a lot of stress with COVID-19 in Italy, so I decided to come home, relax my mind a bit and see which club I can join this January.”
However, he will not necessarily play for long and is currently thinking about his retirement option.
“Coaching is an option but I would love to be a scout for a club. If I can be a scout for
in Africa, it will be very wonderful.
“I have a good relationship with the Udinese so I can speak to them and see how it goes. I know a lot of coaches in a lot of clubs.
“Coaching is my second option. I am not ready to be a CEO of a club because I don’t have experience in that level.”
