Eintracht Frankfurt hope to reunite with Madrid’s Jovic

Adi Hutter revealed that they are open to welcome back their former player coming from Madrid.

Eintracht Frankfurt

manager, Adi Hutter, has offered

Real Madrid

player,

Luka Jovic

, a way out by admitting to leaving the door open for the return of the Serbian footballer. During his time with Eintracht, Jovic had an impressive 2018-19 season by scoring 27 goals, but his move to Los Blancos has given him anything but regular time.

After succeeding to score on only two occasions and facing criticism in and out of the pitch, Jovic may be ready to rejoin the

Bundesliga

side one more time.

When

Hutter

was asked about pursuing one of his former players, he responded:

“It is something that has not escaped anyone.”

“He is getting very few minutes at Real Madrid and, surely, he would have nothing against returning to Frankfurt.”

According to some reports, there has been in interest from Premier League clubs as well, but Hutter hopes their ties with the player will work in their favour. Still he admitted that negotiating over Jovic would not be an easy task considering his high salary with the whites.

He added:

“It is correct what has been written about what Luka earns per year.”
