Klopp will have Thiago back soon

Liverpool boss gives an update on Thiago’s return from injury.

Thiago

has been away in most of this season and now

Klopp

says that he will return to field soon.

"Thiago has trained in part with the team so far, but on Friday, he trained the full session,"

he told reporters.

"But it was a reduced session so we couldn't do that [full session].

"He just has to be part of team training [regularly]. It's not about being part of team training one day and then you can play football in the Premier League.

"So it looks quite promising at the moment but I cannot say more about it, to be honest. I don't know. I think the plan was that if he trains [on Monday] completely normally then we will see.”

Thiago will probably sit out

Liverpool’s

Wednesday clash but he will be available after that. Klopp has been facing too many injuries in his squad in this season and his Brazilian star’s return will be a very good news considering the number of injuries in the team. Van Dijk and Gomez will miss most of the season as Matip’s situation stays uncertain.

They are the Premier League leaders despite all the injuries but this was not going to happen without the outstanding performance of their young stars like Diogo Jota who joined the club in the summer and also will sit out for at least the next month but klopp keeps showing new standards with his tactical ideas to cover the gaps in the squad.
