Udinese star attracts the attention of Juventus

Inter is facing competition in signing with the Argentina international.

Juventus

are also interested in signing a contract with

Rodrigo De Paul

and the midfielder’s availability will be discussed when the two parties meet on January 3rd.

Udinese Calcio

are putting a €35M price tag on their star. Juventus are planning on using

Manolo Portanova

and

Daniele Rugani

to decrease the compensation. The Old Lady will not go more than €25M to sign the 26-year-old.

Italy international Rugani moved to Rennes on loan but featured in only two games due to thigh injury and will most probably be switched back, notwithstanding De Paul’s deal. Portanova, on the other hand, might join a team in which he is featured more often than two times after he was ruled out overqualified for the U-23 team.

During his interview, De Paul said: “

Udine is a great city and welcomed me with open arms. They allowed me to fulfill my dream of playing with the national team. I have received a lot and will miss it when I will depart. I know for sure that sooner or later I will play in the Champions League and I want to reach my goals. I am preparing for that. I do not want to force anything; I will leave at the right moment.”
