Emery on Real loanee: ‘He is given a match and he must earn more'
Villarreal boss, Unai Emery responds to criticisms about not giving Kubo enough time to play.

Villarrealthis season, but due to his not so good conditions in the team, there are rumors that Kubo will return to Real Madrid in January.
Real Madrid are unhappy that Kubo is not getting enough playing time and they blame Villarreal boss,
Unai Emery
for it. But Emery reacted to these criticisms, saying Kubo will only play if he proves his worth.
Last year, Kubo, who was one of Real Madrid's great discoveries, signed a five-year contract with Los Blancos.
The 19-year-old prodigy spent last season on loan at
RCD Mallorca
and was loaned out to
Villarrealthis season to gain more experience.
"We are not here to give a player 10 games in a row if he doesn’t perform,"
Emery said.
"He is given a match and he must earn more. It is valid for the young players and for everyone. There is a requirement here and that is to win."
