The Italian club director wishes the team would drop their recent drama and look forward to their next match.

Atalanta

director, Umberto Marino, hopes their team would drop

Gomez

’s drama and

“focus"

on their game against their host,

Juventus

.

“We’ve made Juventus suffer in recent years and have a team capable of troubling anyone on their own turf,”

Marino

told

Sky Sport Italia.

When asked about the on-going feud between Gomez and coach

Gian Piero Gasperini

he responded:

“We need to focus on Atalanta and the last two games, as the victory over Fiorentina allows us to stay in the cluster of teams challenging for the top four places, while the historic win in Amsterdam has put us into the Champions League Round of 16 against Real Madrid.”

“This is a great team of professionals, all those who are on the pitch and on the bench. I am always positive and I always put Atalanta at the centre of everything.”
