Former Manchester United striker believes that the club should let Pogba leave after his agent's comments.

Mino Raiola

Paul Pogba

’s agent in a recent interview confirmed that the French midfielder’s time in Old Trafford is coming to an end. He said that his client is currently unhappy in

Manchester United

and he wishes to leave as soon as possible.

It is not the first time Raiola speaks this straight forward about Pogba’s situation in Manchester United and it might be in fact part of the problem. His interviews made United fans angry at Pogba because of his agent’s comments. Former United player,

Teddy Sheringham

has spoken about the issue.

"Pogba could do without his agent making these comments, he seems to pop up and put spanners in the works every time,"

the former striker told CardsChat.

"It’s not great, every three to four months this seems to happen with comments from his agent or Pogba himself.

"When you’re a manager you could do without it, you think you’ve sorted it, got Pogba playing well again and then this comes out just ahead of a big fixture where they needed a result.

"It’s constant from the player and the agent to the extent where overall I think they should let him leave."
