Atalanta midfielder Marten de Roon has said that his side is ready for the clash with Ajax on Wednesday in the Champions League, he also dismissed transfer rumors linking him with Barcelona.

“It’s always nice to go back to Holland, even though I grew up in Rotterdam,” De Roon said at a press conference.
“I’m here for one thing, to qualify for the next stage. Then we’ll see everything else.
"Unfortunately, I don’t score many goals, I never scored against Ajax. It would be great to do it tomorrow, but the important thing remains the result," he continued.
“It’s not important who will score, but only the result."
Atalanta didn’t play against Udinese on Sunday because of Dacia Arena waterlogged pitch.
"We will be very rested but I prefer to play continuously, let’s say every 4-5 days. So, I don’t know if it will be an advantage, physically we are well we saw it in the other games too. Tomorrow we must be ready and we will be ready.”
The 29-year-old doesn’t think about transfer rumors link him with Barcelona.
“I have no comments to make, I’m focused on Atalanta. I’m fine here, the family is happy. I didn’t think about the market rumors.”
