Pepe Reina has claimed at a press conference tomorrow’s Champions League game against Club Brugge ‘is like a final’.

The Lazio goalkeeper has claimed that tomorrow's Champions League match against Club Brugge is like a final and revealed one thing that surprised him about Lazio.

Tonight, Lazio will face Club Brugge in the Stadio Olimpico, and if they win even one draw, Lazio will advance to the knockout phase.

"

It's a special game, it tastes like a final, but we'll have to have fun and do the things we try during the week

,"

Pepe Reina

said at a press conference.

"

They like to keep the ball possession and make you run, but we must have the humility to accept that the game will have more moments,

" he added.

The Spaniard, who joined Lazio in the summer, claimed that one thing surprised him.

"This is a club that want to make a further step in terms of quality and fight every year for the Champions League. Surely, what I like about the team is the compactness and the desire to never give up, the great mental strength.

"None of us is above anyone else. The team and the club come first compared to each footballer."

Reina was supposed to be a back-up for Thomas Strakosha, but has played nine matches this season.

"We all work to play as many games as possible. I have a good relationship with Thomas, we learn from each other. I've always said I came here to help both on and off the pitch, then we'll see.

"Strakosha and I can play at any time. In addition, I think that Thomas is a phenomenal goalkeeper for the concentration that he puts in every training session."
